Q. How long will it take me to receive my order?
A. It takes 7-10 business days to process Monday through Friday, for us to ship, plus additional time for the shipping method you selected.
Q. Will you send out a notice when my item has been shipped?
A. Yes. You will receive an email that your order is on the way.
Q. How will I know how the tops fit?
A. You can check the size recommendation, if provided, in the product description. For our more curvy customers, we recommend going one size up for a comfortable loose fit.
Q. How do I care for my tops i.e. sweatshirts, hoodies and shirts?
A.
- Do not dry clean. The material the design is made from should never be dry cleaned due to the harsh temperature and chemicals that are used during dry cleaning
- Wash and dry garments inside out to give it an additional layer of protection during the wash cycle.
- Choose cold temperature settings for the wash to preserve the design.
- Use mild detergent. Detergents that are considered "green” can be too harsh. You should also avoid bleach and fabric softeners in order to make the design last as long as possible.
- Dry on a low/tumble setting inside out or hang dry (preferred method).
- Do not iron directly on a heat transfer design.
Q. What type of payment options do you accept?
A. We accept all forms of debit and credit card payment upon checkout, along with Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Please review the available payment options during checkout.
